Performance
Built around best-in-class equipment from Panatta, Primal, Watson, Echelon and Woodway, the performance floor is designed for strength, conditioning and athletic performance. Whether you're training independently or working with a coach, every session is supported by a premium environment and measurable progression.
Recovery
Recovery is part of the programme, not an afterthought. All members have access to cold plunge, infrared and traditional saunas, compression therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and red-light therapy, helping you recover faster and perform at your best.
Longevity
Delivered in partnership with LONGEVITY-UK, members can access advanced health assessments including biomarker testing, body composition analysis and personalised health optimisation plans, providing a clearer understanding of their health today and how to improve it over time.
Community
ARKHE is designed to be somewhere you want to spend time, not just somewhere you come to train. Work from the café, join community events, meet people with similar goals and become part of a club built around shared standards, not simply shared memberships.

When can I start using ARKHE?

Members can now enjoy the full ARKHE experience, including the gym floor, classes, recovery facilities, café and community spaces.

Recovery is included with every ARKHE membership.
Members have access to:

  • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
  • Red-light therapy

Recovery facilities open as part of the full club experience in September.

ARKHE LONGEVITY-UK memberships combine personalised health assessments, diagnostics and expert medical guidance with your ARKHE membership.

Depending on your membership, services can include consultations with a longevity physician, advanced health testing, biomarker analysis, personalised health optimisation plans, small group personal training and concierge support.

ARKHE memberships provide access to the club, training, classes and recovery.

ARKHE LONGEVITY-UK memberships build on this by adding personalised health assessments, medical expertise and ongoing health optimisation, creating a tailored programme focused on improving long-term health and performance.

No. There is currently no joining fee for ARKHE memberships.

ARKHE is located in Silverene Towers, Dubai Marina, with convenient access and dedicated parking nearby.
